This 6x4 CLW vacuum truck empties septic tanks, pit latrines and sumps, and clears sewer and site sludge. The 24.0 m³ sealed tank is built in q235 carbon steel (anti-rust treatment) with anti-corrosion treatment, within a 25,000 kg GVW.
The high-vacuum pump draws waste through the suction hose with an anti-overflow valve, level gauge and sight glass keeping the operation clean, and the tank lifts to self-discharge at the treatment site. A high-pressure cleaning function and hose reel are available for combined suction and jetting duty. Tank volume and suction system are confirmed against the route before production.
As a factory build from CLW Group, the specification is fixed in writing before production; export documents are prepared for the destination market and the unit ships by RO-RO or flat-rack via Lagos, Tema, Mombasa and Dar es Salaam.
