This 4×2 Foton water truck waters roads, supplies sites and keeps dust down on haul routes. The baffled tank carries a full watering round — about 9.6 t of water legal on the 16,000 kg GVW, with anti-surge baffles keeping the load stable when part-full.
Front spray, rear sprinkler and side nozzles water the road in one pass across 12 - 16m. Tank size, pump specification and spraying gear are matched to the route before production.
As a factory build from CLW Group, the specification is fixed in writing before production; export documents are prepared for the destination market and the unit ships by RO-RO or flat-rack via Lagos, Tema, Mombasa and Dar es Salaam.

The nominal volume is 10.43m³ (actual 9.94m³). The tank is made of Wuhan Steel Q235 carbon steel with 4mm thickness for the body and 5mm for the heads, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
What are the key advantages of the piping system?
It uses aluminum alloy pipe fittings with one-time die-casting technology — no welds, anti-leakage, lightweight, and easy maintenance. Also equipped with stainless steel ball valves.
What engine power and emission standard does it adopt?
It adopts Yuchai 180HP (4-cylinder, 4.2L) as standard, with optional Yuchai 240HP (6.2L) available. Emission standard meets Euro VI requirement.
Is it suitable for winter operation?
Yes. It has a complete drain system (all drain ball valves) to prevent freezing. For winter operation, it is recommended to fill with warm water and keep a small water drip to avoid line freezing.
